Resolution 2011

Makeover your life.
  • Wake up 20 minutes earlier than normal.
  • Read something funny and laugh out loud.
  • Take a power nap.
  • Make time to eat a healthy breakfast.
  • Empty your closet and toss what you don't need.
  • Make the bed as soon as you get up.
  • Take a deep breath.
  • Stay away from computer 24 hours.
  • Turn the phone off for a day.
  • Take a look in the mirror and tell yourself something good.
  • Sleep an hour earlier.
